Following along and using the exercise files

- [Narrator] If you'd like to follow along with me throughout this course, you can download the same exercise files that I'll be using from the course overview page. I've placed a copy of them here on my desktop and inside of each one is a chapter folder. And inside of those are the individual files for each chapter. Now, when you open up one of the files, access will by default lock down new database files that it hasn't seen before. We'll need to add the exercise files for the course to a list of trusted locations, or we'll be plagued by this yellow security warning message every time we open up a new file. So if you plan on following along with me, go ahead and go to the file tab, then come down to options. In the access options window, click trust center, then trust center settings on the right. From here, we'll go up to trusted locations, and I'll add the exercise files folder to this list. Press the add new location button. Then we'll browse to that folder, which I have placed on my desktop here. I'll select it and say okay. Then in the popup menu, choose this checkbox that says subfolders of this location are also trusted. Say okay. Okay again. And okay one more time. Now when we close this file and open it up again, you'll no longer see that yellow security warning message throughout the rest of the course.
