Insert and delete comments in Word

- [Instructor] You can add comments to documents so others working on the documents can see your suggestions or thoughts about the content. Place your cursor or highlight the text where you want the comment to appear. Go to the Review tab and click the New Comment button. Type your comment in. And click the Post Comment button. Comments are indicated by the chat bubble icon in the margin of the document. Clicking the bubble highlights the related comment, so you can easily tell where a comment belongs even if there are multiple comments on the page. You can delete comments by coming back to the Review tab and clicking the Delete Comment button.
