- [Instructor] The worksheet we're seeing on the screen here 2 is certainly not typical. 3 We're seeing a bunch of charts, 4 but actually only one of them is a chart, 5 the one just to the right of the data. 6 The others are pictures, pictures of charts, 7 ultimately based on the same data. 8 When you take a picture of a chart, 9 in effect, you're taking a picture of a static image 10 and no matter what we do with that source data, 11 these other pictures on the perimeter here will not change. 12 But the data in the live chart, 13 the one just to the right, will. 14 So there are times when data is historical. 15 It's not going to change anymore. 16 You might want to take a picture of a chart, 17 maybe use it at the beginning of a presentation 18 or in the cover sheet of a report, something like that. 19 You probably wouldn't have this many 20 on the screen at the same time, but they're easy to create. 21 I'm going…
