- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we looked at how to use the digital signature field to sign a PDF document. Let's take a look at what it's like to receive a digitally signed file. So here we have a document that has been signed with a digital ID as we can see here in the upper right hand corner. Now, when I click the signature, I get this message hung with the signature of validity is unknown. That's because I don't have the public key for the signature among my trusted certificates. You need that public key in order to verify the signature. I close that. Now let's see this message here at the top saying at least one signature has problems, and if I open up the signature panel, I basically get the same message. Now, I do have the public key for the signature in my exercise files. We saw how to export this file previously so you can send it to others. Now to import a certificate into Acrobat, go to Acrobat…
