Creating and using text styles

- [Instructor] We're starting a new chapter now and we're going to take a look now at how we can annotate our designs in AutoCAD. Now, when I say annotate, I mean add things like text labels, dimensions, notes columns on your title book, et cetera. Now, in order to do that, you need to generate some text styles. Now, in order to get to the text style dialog box, you can go two ways: you can go from the home tab. In the annotation panel here, click on the flyout and you can get to text styles there using the A with the paintbrush icon. And there's our existing text styles in the drawing. If I click on cancel, I can also go from the annotate tab here and there's a little arrow there on the text panel. See that little arrow? There's one there for text style, dimension style, et cetera.
