How can I erase an object in After Effects?

- After Effects has continued its evolution of moving useful tools from Photoshop into the world of motion. Content aware fill has been used for many years to remove distracting objects and generate new pixels by sampling the surrounding ones. It's similar to a clone but instead of you having to choose, you just select the areas you don't want and then let After Effects calculate the new ones. Let me show you how it works. You see we have a project open here and there's a couple of things in the shot we don't want. Rather than completely removing all aspects of this shot, I'm just going to remove some of it. So I want to keep these two couples in but get rid of this guy who's standing off to the side. Maybe he was the driver for them as they were visiting this town in Las Vegas. I'd also like to get rid of this distracting object. If you go to erase end, you'll see that I've already added a basic mask for you. You…
