- [Instructor] Welcome to another tip and trick for you guys to use when you're working in AutoCAD. Now, this particular tip and trick applies to AutoCAD 2018. In fact, AutoCAD 2018.1 to be specific. Now, if you're running your AutoCAD on subscription and you're running AutoCAD 2018 you will have been given the .1 update for AutoCAD 2018 making it AutoCAD 2018.1. Now, basically that update has given you a few new features and a few feature enhancements. One of those is 3D graphic support, so what I've done is I've given you a nice drawing. It's called Fixtures Model.dwg. Again you can download that from the website, use it to follow along with this particular video. So, you can see it's obviously a 3D building and we've got some walls there, we've got a curtain wall, got some windows, some doors, some openings and so on.
