- [Narrator] As you might expect with the release of iOS 16 Apple has added some great new features to the operating system. If you're an experienced iPhone or iPad user and you're interested in seeing what's new there's some movies you should definitely check out. For example, Apple has added the ability to create multiple custom lock screens to display the wallpaper and widgets of your choice. Check out the movie in the first chapter that shows you how to customize the lock screen. In chapter two, we look at how to use live text in photos and we'll see how this feature is now also available in videos, letting you copy or use text found in movies stored on your iPhone. In chapter four, look for the movie on texting with iMessage to see how you can now both edit text you send and undo sending them. And in the movie on managing messages you'll learn how to delete and restore message threads. In chapter nine, we'll see the new interface in Apple Maps which now also has the ability to add multiple stops to a route, which makes it easier to plan out your trips. And in chapter 12, we cover the improved focus mode features which include the ability to add a focus mode-based lock screen making it easier to stay on task.
