- [Instructor] It's pretty common to have to make last minute changes to documents before they're sent out or shared with others. In this example, I have the PDF version of my style guide open, and let's say the designer has sent me new versions of two of the pages. So I need to replace the current version of the pages in this document with the newer ones. What am need to do this is to open up the page thumbnails and here I'll select the cover, which is one of the pages I need to replace. With it selected I'll click the menu at the top and here I'll choose replace pages. I'll browse out to my desktop, where I have the folder and here I'll select the file. New Cover.PDF. I'll specify that I want to replace page one of this document with the only page of the document that I just selected. Now, page one is already specified here because I had it selected.
