- [Instructor] Acrobat has the ability to insert headers and footers, which are useful for times when you went to add content to the pages in your PDF that appear on every page, like the date or your name or any other content. Again, this is one of those features where it would probably be better to go back to the original document, to add headers and footers, because Acrobat has more limitations. But as we've said, sometimes it's not possible to go back to the original document. I have here a PDF that was created from a Word document. And you can see in the navigation pane that it has three pages. And there are no headers or footers on any of these pages. I press Command + 0, so we can see the entire page. That's Control + 0 on Windows. And we can see there were no headers or footers. So let's come over here and click the Edit PDF tool. And at the top, we can now click Header and Footer.
