Unable to download group MMS

I have a Pixel XL that was originally Project Fi. I switched to TMobile two weeks ago and my group MMS are not downloading, either on wifi or mobile. Sometimes they come through, other times I have to go to the individual messages and download them. 90% of the time, they fail to download. I've done all the troubleshooting, including resetting the network and creating the new APN from this forum. My husband has the same phone and same network and is not having this issue. The message app also crashes after a few tries at downloading.Google support was not helpful, telling me I can't use wifi for MMS, which is incorrect because I've always used wifi. Plus, it's also happening on data.Below is the APN I have done according to TMobile support doc. Although, my phone does not have a "MMS protocol" option. SyncUp Kids stuck at loading screen

I purchased 5 SyncUp Kids watches for Christmas this year. Kids love them, but yesterday I had a second watch get stuck not getting past the loading screen. I'm not sure what led up to it, but the symptoms seem to appear out of nowhere. The watch doesn't respond to anything. The only thing you can do is hold the button for 20secs or so and it will buzz and hard-reset, then get to the loading screen and sequence the three pink dots on the bottom indefinitely.When the first watch did this I called 611. They seemed very unfamiliar with this product, and appear to have limited ability to troubleshoot anything. Apparently the only way to factory reset these watches is through the settings menu in the interface and in this case it can't get there. They had me go into a store and do a defect exchange (At first they wanted to charge me $5 to file manufacturer warranty and give me a refurbished watch, I refused and insisted on another option. Dissapointment

I have been through three representatives trying to convert my daughter kids watch into the new phone I recieved today. Come to find out the first rep told me the kids watch was converted, however when I went to activate the phone and test the second rep while trying to get me the esim converted my galaxy watch on my account instead of the kids watch. Had a third rep trying to fix all this mess just to dissappear from the chat and left me hanging. I have been a tmobile customer for years and this is very dissapointing. My monthly payment is messed up and I cannot get anyone to help me. I have been on the phone waiting for someone and I just keep on the line waiting. This has become so frustrating that I am just considering cancelling. Feels like Tmobile is overwhelm by the amount of clients and are dropping the ball on service

This December i have call on customer service just asking them unlock my samsung 23. The guy on the call said that there is a holiday promotion goin on and you are qualified for it . Promotion was suppose to be since i had two lines on my account if I add the “3rd” line on my account i will get the third line for free and 830$ off towards any phone purchase . I said ok i was thinking to add another line on my account so why not , so i took the offer . And ordered a new iphone 15 pro Max 256gb and the next month guess what happened? I got billed for the line and the phone in total of 100$ and from the last 5 months i m getting billed the same till now . I called the customer service more than 10 times they still dont be able to figure out anything as of now . And still i m gonna get billed next month also never goin have t mobile again once this is all over

Family Allowances

Using family allowances I used to be able to turn sons phone off when needed, not just data, but made it where he couln’t use phone at all at night. I can turn data and wifi off but need to make it where he can’t make calls all through the night. This feature used to be available now it is not.
