Create a decision tree to make a decision

- Have you ever made a high stakes decision, but shortly after, contemplated if you actually made the right decision? Trust me, I've been there. In cases like these, it's best to use a decision tree. In the previous video, we discussed how to create issue trees to identify the root cause of the problem and we will now move towards finding a solution. A decision tree looks similar to an issue tree but has a few different pieces in its diagram and focuses on potential outcomes of each decision to identify the best course of action. Decision trees include three elements: root nodes, where the tree starts; leaf nodes, which represent possible outcomes of a decision or action; and branches, which represent different options. To start, first define your problem. Write your root node at the top of your decision tree.
