Adding curtain walls

[Instructor] In this video, we're going to continue our exploration of the various wall families and move on to the curtain wall. So to begin exploring the curtain wall, I'm just going to create one free standing out in front of the building. And to do that, you just simply use the Wall tool. So the Wall tool gives you access to each of the three wall families. So of course, up until now, we've been accessing basic walls with this tool. But if you scroll down, you will see the stacked walls here that we looked at in the previous video, and then right above that are the curtain walls. So choose this one here called Storefront and then click a point somewhere out in front of the building, start moving directly horizontally to the right, and then type in 28 feet if you're working in imperial or 8,400 millimeters if you're working in metric, I'm going to click the Modify tool to cancel out of there.
