- [Instructor] The Rotate tool is used to rotate elements using the Active Angle, or two points of rotation, or three points of rotation. The Rotate tool can be found on the Home ribbon in the manipulate group. In this lesson, you will learn rotation by two points, rotation by three points, selection by color, rotation by Active Angle, and rotation about center.
