- Hey. Welcome back. Your challenge was to identify and match the duplicate requirements from the list. How did you do? (upbeat music) Well, here's the solution. Notice that requirements nine and one are substantially the same. This is because both have to do with training people who have access to customer information. When you merge these two requirements together, be sure to follow Customer D's previous-12 months clause, and you'll find that Customer A will be very happy about that. And so are requirements 10 and seven the same, because they simply require that you have a security incident response plan that's "fully implemented," as Customer C states it, or "in place" as Customer D says it.
