Rubbish Company, Rubbish Service
If I could have left a zero score I would have done. Absolutely useless customer service. They messed up my payments and stopped collecting my direct debit, I confirmed with the bank, and the bank confirmed that Panda have not tried collecting. Despite numerous emails and calls from me, to try and rectify the situation nothing has changed. I have asked for a call from a manager, I have asked for a complaint to be raised, I have asked for contact details of their regulator. None of which has happened. They are the most inept company I ever had the misfortune to deal with. This has been an ongoing issue since April.

I had a contract with them for a few years, every time the bills were wrong. I moved 2 years ago from the address where I had the contract, and after two years they are still sending bills on my account.

Absolute Zero Company. Customer service is non existent.
Where do I start?! From the beginning its been trying to get blood out of a stone just to get someone to give me correct information. The app does not contain collection dates in spite of what customer service says, and to get an email saying they would send a collection calendar ASAP but never did. Eventually we got one, have left our bins out on these specific dates and not had ONE single collection for any bin and without an actual explanation! The level of apathy from customer service is infuriating as they just say they'd like to help but can't!!! Good luck in trying to get an explanation too. Make it make sense!! Its been an experience of repetition and disappointment and I'm now actively moving forward with leaving this company. Why would I pay
for a service we've literally never received l!?
UPDATE. after requesting my account to be closed which was apparently processed, I have now found Panda have continued to take money from my account as the account is still active!! I have requested a refund and received the most condescending email in response stating they are "sorry I feel this way" which is again, no apology, no explanation and no refund!!! If panda needs more information CHECK THE EMAIL FEED.

PANDA WASTE CAUSING UPSET
We have used Panda for a number of years without problem. However two weeks ago we received an email , with an attachment which purpoted to show the contents of our bin and some items were outlined as being unacceptable. However, these were not the contents of our bin. I rang Panda , explained this, we assumed it was a mistake. However today we received another email and photo of items which were never put into our bin. I heard a representative, on Pat Kenny show, extolling the wonders of the system for identifying wrong contents, I thought "big brother" . I don't mind big brother, but I expect this wonderful technology to get things right, and not be worrying xnd harassing elderly customers.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I've been trying to get few things sorted out with you guys and it's incredible how your customer service it is just horrible.
I try to be nice and polite but I believe that's it's not the way the company works.
Since I choose the company to collect my bins I am having a problem with.
Do not listen my queries, do not delivery anything right and do not do anything about my queries, not even a call or email back or bring a solution to the problem.
I've been asking over a month to collect a organic bin from my house as we bought the house and the bin were here before us, probably from the previous owner, I do not know what is inside and I am not gonna touch a bin that is sat there over months!
I called several times asking to collect and explained the whole situation, every time they say the same thing: leave it outside and we'll do it. No, haven't happened. I am SICK of having this bin outside of my house full of garbage and dirty!
And today morning a different surprise.
Put my WASTE BIN out to collect and they don't even touch my bin and put a stick on the OLD ORGANIC BIN THAT SHOULD BE COLLECT as an INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL such a JOKE!
Such a BAD WORK AND INCOMPETENCE and THE OLD BIN that should be collected is STILL, in front of my house, you guys are unreal!!
GREAT JOB, WELL DONE.
I believe I'll might have to change the company because your company has been the worst company I have deal in the last years.

Bin was not collected again
Bin was not collected again. Told that there is no truck available until next week. The last time this happened (last month) it was two weeks before it was collected. Level of customer service is totally inadequate. After a long wait they just apologise and say whatever they think might get you off the line. Not a company I can trust.

Worst Irish company I have ever dealt with. Avoid ! They are useless. Failed to collect multiple times . Customer service are well trained to apologise and assure you they will do something to ensure it doesn’t happen again . It will happen again. If you threaten to leave you will be passed to the loyalty who will assure you there are a much better team and it won’t happen again, it will happen again. And then when you eventually decide to cancel, they will fail to remove your bins for weeks. You will waste hours on the phone to them and they will promise repeatly to fix the matter .
Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else

Ordered a skip from panda to be delivered Monday. My husband was home all day the driver didn’t knock in just left it in the middle of the drive, meaning my car was blocked in. Didn’t even ask where we wanted it. Due to collect it on Thursday and the driver pulled up, took one look and said my truck isn’t big enough for that skip and drove off. And panda have advised they don’t know when they can get it collected now. Coming into a bank holiday weekend and my car is still stuck in the garden. Not happy at all, and will be moving my bins from them. Very poor customer service
Absolute Rubbish Service
I recently had new panda account and new bins delivered despite I clearly told them not too as I had old bins at home from previous owners where they previously delivered two sets of bins by mistake.
Now in last 2 months since I had my account, there are multiple occasions deliberately skipping waste collection despite they are out clearly to be emptied, and on TOP, despite making multiple phone calls & requests, old bins are on footpath and, no one came to collect.
Its not only causing me distress as people see bins and try to throw garbage which I need to empty but also pedestrians are in distress as there are 5 bins sitting on footpath, needs to be taken away.
I am at a stage where, if I know, where to drop bins, could have easily hired a van, load them up and left them to Panda. Absolute rubbish service though

We have bins full and they won't call…
We have bins full and they won't call back for two weeks. The road was closed for the day. We live in tooreen .rang them and we have to wait. Its the whole road from cappagh crosroad to the other end. Why can't they call back????? Crazy people.
Disappointed with skip hire service for long standing customers
We ordered a skip from Panda on Saturday, 19 July, for delivery on Monday, 21 July. It arrived at 16:31 on Monday and was collected at 12:36 on Wednesday—just 44 hours later and only 28 daylight hours. The skip is hired for 3 days but we didn’t get anything close to 72 hours, and a lot less if you consider daylight hours.
This left us without enough time to fill the skip properly. The collection driver couldn’t have cared less, and customer service simply repeated that we knew the skip would be collected on 23 July without listening to our valid concern that we had not got the skip for 3 days.
As long-standing customers, we expected better. Unfortunately, this experience will result in us taking our business elsewhere. We would not recommend Panda for skip hire.
So so slow...

An absolute joke of a company
An absolute joke of a company. We signed up with Panda before we moved house so the new bins would arrive when we moved in. The bins did arrive and they have been left out for collection now for over 2 weeks. All the bins are full I’ve had countless phone calls and they PROMISE that the bins will be emptied tomorrow! As the song goes if tomorrow never comes! We have cancelled our account and we honestly don’t know what to do with the 3 full bins that are gracing our path outside. DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!

Since we moved to our new place a year ago, life with Panda Recycling has felt like being stuck in a surreal sitcom. We've engaged in an epic saga of bin collection drama—sometimes going two months without seeing a truck. Emailing customer support felt like tossing messages into a digital black hole, and calling was like replaying a broken record: "We're sorry, we'll book an emergency collection." or my personal favorite, the ever-skeptical, "Were your bins out?" Trust me, our bins have been out more consistently than your trucks.
About a month ago, after leaving a negative review, a very nice customer service rep reached out, promising she'd personally oversee our collections for the next month. Miraculously, this worked—briefly. For exactly one month, we basked in the luxury of timely trash pickups. But alas, we're back to normal: payments leaving our account quicker than you can say "recycling," while our bins sit full and lonely, watching the road in hopeful anticipation.
I'd say it's funny—but I think our bins have stopped laughing.
