Vieaneta ice cream has shrunk in size for the cost and tastes watery. I remember the original vieaneta,it was so creamy and lots of chocolate bits. Very poor quality and should be removed from production.

Ordered a mower that was advertised online. Paid for it and they just cancelled the order. No explanation. We tried ringing approx 12 times and it just rings out or they hand up. Be careful is my advice. Very poor service.

We have bins full and they won't call back for two weeks. The road was closed for the day. We live in tooreen .rang them and we have to wait. Its the whole road from cappagh crosroad to the other end. Why can't they call back????? Crazy people.

I was disappointed this time. You sent the right brake pads but the wrong disks. I entered my registration as well. I had to ring around locals to find the right size discs. I had the car jacked up so I had no choice but to buy local. 110 euro they cost plus the hour drive there and back. You will give me a refund . Great!!! But you didn't even apologise. You should pay compensation really. I will think twice before ordering from you again.

The ferry was great as usual, but the prices!!!!!! Wow!!! I thought I would treat myself to a curry and rice. It was one scoop of each. 17.95 sterling that's about 21 euro. Its a disgrace. And even the cost of the ferry with all the extras was very expensive. There must be a big recession on the way. I shall think carefully before travelling at the moment. Its just gone so greedy.

I bought a tin of beans and sausage and found a dead spider inside the tin(yuck) I complained and fair enough they investigated. But then sent me a measly 5 euro in compensation.

Stanley cups are great until they break. Customer support is terrible. The cup is leaking. They have no spare parts to send. They ask the same questions even though you have sent them already. Three weeks so far and nothings happened. I have sent pictures etc. The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on so far.

I have travelled with irish ferries for years. I booked my crossing a few weeks ago and it was just myself travelling and the rest of the family were flying. My seven year old daughter wanted to come on the ferry. They wanted to charge me 25 euro just to put her on the list, plus her fare and the environmental cost. Why would you charge so much extra to add somebody. 25 euro for seconds in work. Its pure greed. I shall try other methods of travel until irish ferries stop there greedy add ons. Getting worse than ryanair.

Its amazing how they reply when you put up a bad review in trutpilot. I also did a cash back with my bank. Why do we have to go to these lengths to get a company to get of there butt's and do something. Thank you trutpilot. Your a God send.

Be very careful with this company, if you don't want the coins. Returning them is not as simple as it seems. They don't send out the return postage slips. They send letters threatening you with debt collectors and keep adding money to the bill. Avoid if you don't want hassle.

Total scam avoid at all costs. Paid weeks ago and still no phone. They give you the run around but do nothing. Terrible company. Do not purchase from them.
