Mel was very helpful today regarding a mix up over delivery of new blue bin and a swap of big old black bin for smaller size black bin.
On the other hand the guys delivering the requested bins delivered a brown one instead of black then came back between my phone call and delivered the requested smaller black bin without taking back the wrongly delivered brown bin …. Anyhow rang back AGAIN and is all arranged now for collection of old black bin and extra brown one 😂

The agent I spoke with Alex was so friendly, kind and super helpful! He is the first person I've spoke to in Panda and the reason I will tell others about my experience. Wrong choice perhaps
For some reason - there is no obvious information online to find out rates, etc. It was like pulling teeth to get information regarding schedules, rates. They never requested what size bins I wanted.

I was a very long term customer, age they did what was required - take away rubbish.
Of course new age marketing has taken over the business, in a way that is detrimental to what their ACTUAL service is, abd to what their relations with their customers is.
Where they were a company taking away your rubbish, now they are a "green urilities for a cleaner future"
What this means for customers is that they now run their company in way that tries to revers the business relationship. You pay them to nag, inconvenience and financially penalise you for being naighty boys and girls.
The final straw for me came after they started sending photos of the contents of my black (landfill/general refuse) bin pointing out I had placed a "reclycable milk carton" in it, and I should do better.
After multiple instances I started the cancellation process. And boy, what a process. They run a call centre out of the Philippines - always a bad sign for customer service, when they want to keep their customers at such an arms length.
Multiple calls and emails and still confirmation of cancellation. Empty bins which i have left out for them to take away are still being lifted, a task for which they are presumably going to charge for.
This company takes your money, spend it on expensive larketing materials, treats you like you answer to THEM, and then prove the worst customer service, failing to answer emails.
Good riddance.
Avoid like the plague until the discover their job is to take away people's rubbish and they are being PAID to do that
