Quick Response to my initial call which is what I needed and 3 very quick follow-up Calls from Electricians that were interested in supporting me.
So I got what I needed when I needed it at the outset.

Insurance Application was relatively quick and painless,

I got though to Blue on the Phone relatively quickly and once there the Insurance Application was relatively quick and painless, although it did require quite a bit of detailed information as you would expect ! After that Payment and confirmation was easy and instant ! Tx.

Partial Shipment of My Order

To Date I have only received the smaller part of my Order (#62773284) and no follow-up information on the remaining larger element.
I have received Parcel # 70653719954 on Thursday 20th May.
I have NOT received Parcel # 70653719795 so far and would appreciate an Update on this please ?

We have taken a look at your order and it does appear that there is a problem with the carrier. We have gotten in touch with the carrier to find out more about the whereabouts of the missing parcel. As soon as we receive an answer from them we will get back in touch with you and explain how to proceed.
