Your service was very good but your shipping partner leaves a lot to be desired. The first delivery was badly damaged with parts missing and the replacement delivery was delivered to the wrong house. Very poor.

I've had a look at the status of your order and I can see that has been with UPS for quite some time. I can also see that we have contacted UPS about this to see what is going on with this parcel. Unfortunately, there is no update as of yet, but we will contact you immediately once we know more.

I can understand that this is extremely frustrating, especially when you waiting on these parts. We are doing our best to make sure this gets resolved as quickly as possible!

Do not use. Dutch company not based in ireland.

Advertised as winparts.ie but based in holland. Tell you 5 day delivery then on day 4 tell you that order is delayed. I entered my reg on system so parts should have been correct. Wrong parts came for a diff car completely. Returns was a nightmare. Took near 2 months to resolve. Offered credit instead of full refund. Eventually couldnt resolve issue via their customer service so contacted revolut. Money back into account after 2 days. Avoid at all costs.

Thank your for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order has been delayed and that the products weren't right for your car.

We do not hide the fact that we are a Dutch company. In our about-section on our website you can learn all about our history and where we're located. We use different website domains for every country we operate in. Since the Irish car registration differs from the one in the Netherlands for example, we use the different domains to differantiate between these services, so our customers can find the products that are applicable to their car more easily in their respective countries.

Most of our orders do arrive on the expected date, but unfortunately delays can happen. In your case I can see this had to do with the delivery company not being able to reach your address. I understand that it took long to resolve the return and we're sorry about that.

We do hope we can be of service to you again in the future to show you we can do better.

Avoid

They state next day delivery online, false advertising, I could've just gone to a local motor factor the next day. A week later and no parts. I'll never use this company again. Just another pointless online consolidation foreign warehouse.

My parcel arrived and clearly winparts now deal with autodoc. So "next day delivery" was never going to happen.
Do your customers a favour and take the "next day delivery" off your website
Sorry but this review will stay negative.

Boot liner

I bought a boot liner for my seat ateca from this website you can provide your reg to make sure the product is suitable for your car before purchase to which it said it was but I received the product and it does not fit the boot of my car quite disappointed
