This is an email which was sent by me to Jensens Bøfhus to which I received no response the refund was for a salad which was ordered and paid for but was missing from the order.HI I thank you for refund but I have more to say on this subject the takeaway meal we received has to be one the worst I have ever laid eyes on the French fries taste like they had been cooked in some very old oil and steaks well all can say they must have been cooked some time earlier in the day and having payed nearly 900 dk for this meal left all three of us more than disappointed.
I don’t like complaining but on this occasion something had to done so you as a company can improve in the future the gift you have given me is of little use we will not be frequenting Jensens Bøfhus in the future.

Overpriced to the max

Overpriced to the max! And we were regular costumers.

Went from an OK restaurant to a totally overpriced place, now I guess it's only scam for tourists. Las time we went in a group, we literally set down, looked at the prices, everyone said "no, not worthy" and left!

What happened to your prices? Now you send an email saying "new prices"??? Did you fake lowered? Guess you receive many complains about it.

Bad quality food for a high price

Bad quality food for a high price. The meat tasted like buffet meat thats been under a heat lamp for hours and the bbq sauce tasted like my grandmas spaghetti. how do you mess up bbq sauce? why would you put herbs in bbq sauce, that is not one of the ingredients and it changes the whole taste. My mom ordered a salmon salad that was just two thin strips of salmon with some wilted lettuce and a sad tomato. It was the size of an appetizer and i have no idea why they would serve it as a main course.

This was my favorite restaurant as a kid. I dont know if i just had bad taste or if the quality has gotten worse, but i suspect its the latter, because my family remembers it tasting better.

Overall a really disappointing and depressing experience. They should be embarressed by the quality of the food the serve at the price they serve it at.

Horrible experience, avoid at all costs

We went there for new years’, they had a menu and everything so we assumed it would go well. They didn’t have the appetizer and the soup from the menu we paid for, our mains arrived 1 hour late, never got the wine we ordered, the waiter completely ignored us the entire time. We didn’t even get water…. Not recommended.

Rasul the most rude and disgusting attitude

I was visiting the restaurant in Oslo on my birthday with 2 friends. We had not booked a table but came to the door and was greeted by Rasul. He looked angry or pissed off but we were very nice to him, he asked us to wait and we waited 10 minutes in an already almost empty restaurant. We didnt mind at first, we sat down and got comfortable. A server came to take our order after about 10 minutes, at which point we had been ready for a while and had tried to get their attention.

We ordered and we got our drinks and starters in a timely fasion.

Our main meal came which was 4 sirloins, 1 medium, and 3 well done.

when the steaks came 3 of them were alright, but the 4th one which was supposed to be medium, was rare, on the border of blue. It happens sometimes, so no problem. We tried to get the servers attention, but they kept ignoring and walking past. Eventually we had to stand up and get their attention. When Rasul came to the table he was very rude and had a stinking attitude. He asked what is the problem, and we explained about the steak.. he took it away and came back 5 minutes later, with the steak still rare, partially medium in a few places.
We didnt say anything, and 3 of us finished our food. When the server came to get my friends plate, he (Rasul) completely ignored us, just grabbed the plates and left. He ignored that the food was not eaten, and that he had done nothing to make sure we were happy.

at this point we have said nothing and just taken the experience as it was. He starts by showing a disgusting attitude towards us, we want to order desert as its my birthday so we ask for the desert menu, but he rolls his eyes, and again has a horrible attitude. because of his reaction, I say to him please let me just get the bill, at which point he almost throws the machine in my direction and does not give directions when we get confused about how the machine works. he has a horrible attitude throughout the experience in the restaurant. he is standing with a sour face, and although the servers failed at their job, even not giving the cuttlery which my friend had to stand up and go get himself. I have genuinely never experienced anything like this in my life.

Rasul has got to be the worse server i have experienced. It ruined by birthday dinner, and this experience doesnt make me feel confident to come to jensens bøfhus again.

i am so dissappointed. Although I wont get my birthday dinner back, I hope you are the kind of company that actually care about what the customer says and try to better it.

1 hour wait, cold steak

TILST location. Even with a reservation it took 20 minutes to come and take the order (after I complained the table next to us was being attented first even though they got there after us) then 50 minutes later the food comes and my steak was cold. 3 hungry children waiting for food almost an hour! We were about to walk out and go across Bilka for quick food. They never came back to offer refills nor dessert. 1 star is being generous!!!

Boring And Expensive Meal

Esbjerg Nord, Denmark.
Salad was too cold and tasteless and the Salmon steak was dry and overcooked. Given a salad bowl with old dried food stuck on. Table was 'sticky' and felt unclean.
STAFF were friendly and pro active.
I will not spend my money there again.

Unhapoy turned good

We are sitting in the Stockholm branch now and its already over an hour but our food is not yet served. All the tables around us have already been served. Very unhappy with the wait time but the service provided by the waiter is nice, very friendly. We enjoyed our food.

Cold food and not what i wanted

took over 25 minutes to deliver a normal steak with fries. I asked for the beef to be medium rare but it turned out that I got it well done.... and it was cold

My wife and I were at Jensen's Bøfhus…

My wife and I were at Jensen's Bøfhus in Holbæk, where we got a super service from Anna. Anna was very kind and opened for all the requests/questions we may have - with a smile. What a great service we got from her. Thanks a lot for that Anna, thumb up.
