With in-store traffic on the decline, Panasonic Brasil needed to raise awareness among their socially distanced customers around the release of a washing machine and supporting accessories.

Approach

After complimenting Search and Display ads with YouTube ads and awareness formats, Panasonic Brasil reached their target audience with a mix of bumper ads and TrueView in-stream video ads. The campaign resulted in a boost in sales, higher web traffic, and a 30% search lift for the new products.

We had the help of Google’s new business team to come up with our strategy. YouTube was the platform that generated the most views and hits for our website: 52% of customers who clicked the ‘Buy’ button came from YouTube. It was an achievement for awareness and consumer conversion.
