Beware

Beware! Dansktandforsikring only covers if you are fixing tooth first time. If it is second time, ie. your crown or filling (plast) get damaged, Dansktandforsikring will not cover. I had a crown made 18 years ago that got damaged, and I got refused the insurance. And it is not the first time that I got refused the insurance on that ridiculous basis.

I'm happy I finally got the package…

I'm happy I finally got the package after 2 weeks of it being lost. And for that such a high score.
My package was lost, which generally in courier language is understood as "negligently displacing in another pick-up location". This was followed by the "investigation" process, which generally consist of not doing anything until wrong pick-up butik returns the package to the courier who misplaced it.

The scope of this insurance doesn't cover teeth treatment

I used Dansktandforsikring for years, and it was always the best insurance. Since last year their services went down so badly that I will no longer use them. In their explanations of why they would not cover the dental expense, they clarify that the Tooth was treated before or it was decayed. Well, isn't it the purpose of the insurance that it covers the treatment of unwell tooth? Let's compare the Dansktandforsikring to any other healthcare insurance: can you imagine that doctor is refusing patient a treatment because he is sick or was treated before? That is exactly the gibberish you get from Dansktandforsikring.

The quality of clothes went down over…

The quality of clothes went down over the years, however the prices have not. I ordered a jumper with half-zip, which turned u to be low quality. I have 2 jumpers with half-zip from Zizzi Active from couple of years ago and I love them, but since then no product could match those two.
I also ordered T-shirt, but all T-shirts from Zizzi that have prints on, are made of cotton, and cotton is not flattering on any body bigger than XXS (regular size not Zizzi size). If only Zizzi could make T-shirts from 95% Viscose and 5% elastane - this combination gives a soft and flowy texture which looks so nice on bigger bodies.
I returned both garments.

It's a joke when you get the package from abroad

I'm awaiting package from abroad that PostNord took over from another courier. It has been delivered to Denmark over a week ago, and a week ago I have paid customs clearance. 5 days ago customs has released it and since then the package is in a "black hole". The status on Danish track&trace states it is processed in the sorting location, in English version it states it is on the way. The Bot is the most terrible unhelpful service ever imagined, whoever decided to implement it in PostNord should face consequences for loosing customers and money. And the best is that when you call customer service number 70 70 70 30 the recording tells you a bunch of useless stuff and then it states - without connecting you to a human or asking what is the problem, that it can't help you and disconnects !!!

Terrible flight delays and ignoring customer service

The flight Toronto-Calgary was delayed by over 5.5 hours. I filed the complaint and got a refund granted. That was 3 months ago, and air Canada still hasn’t paid me the refund. Moreover they haven’t responded to any of my multiple emails. I’m turning the case to debt collectors.

I ordered stick perfume (Whisper) and…

I ordered stick perfume (Whisper) and received the box, so instead of having easy application I have to stick my finger to the box and then wash hands every time.
It’s quite arrogant when seller decides to change the ordered product for the buyer, without asking if the buyer wants a replacement.
Delivery took forever but within the promised timeframe if 4-7 days is understood as 4-7 working days, which I believe seller means.
The scent is beautiful but I don’t think it’s lasting long. I’ll have to test it in coming days.

I have ordered 9 days ago, the money were booked immediately from my credit card, the information was sent that my order was shipped, but according to the provided link, only shipping letter was registered, nothing more. I wrote an email to the customer service 2 days ago and all I got was the silence.
I’d like to receive the product or my money refund!

I tried 3 different meal replacements

I tried 3 different meal replacements, fat burning protein and body fat burner night pills. I replaced breakfast with meal replacement, which is a nightmare because it makes me hungry after 15 minutes. I actually feel less hungry not eating at all than after Protein.dk products.
I’ve been doing it for over a month and there are completely no effects. I bike 120km a week (3 days x40 km) and on top of that I exercise 2 times a week doing yoga and weights for 40 minutes a session. Sometimes I also walk 5-6 km once or twice a week on top of previous exercises.
I hesitate to put up this review because I can see from other reviews that the seller blames the users (ie. stomach not shrunk, etc) instead of acknowledging that their products are not what they promised.
One star given for the taste of products, they are tasty in comparison to Nupo.

UPDATE after Protein.dk response. I actually lost 10 kg recently by dieting and exercising, I also have 30 years of experience in nutrition. I eat almost all the time vegan food, low calorie food, vegan protein. I tried protein.dk products because I stopped loosing weight with the current method and I’m desperate to lose another 10 kg.
I’ve read instructions on how to prepare protein replacement meals before I purchased them, no need for repeated instructions. With 30 years of experience in nutrition I also know what a healthy diet and portion is. I regret I wrote my initial review to get a condescending response suggesting that the product doesn’t work because I overeat. It just doesn’t work, admit it.
80% of reviews here give you 5 stars for fast delivery or easiness of ordering and not for the product. This is misleading and simply unethical.
Maybe you should write in your product description that you are not specialists, that your products haven’t been tested on perimenopausal women, women with hypothyroidism, or other hormonal diseases. Maybe you should try to be honest to admit that if it works at all, it works on completely healthy people, who would lose weight anyway even without your product. I dare you to be transparent and truthful.

We're very sad to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. Ofcourse we're not blaming anyone, we are only advising because we know out of experience usually what the problem might be. And often when we advise the customer they turn back with better results. In this case I understand that you're disappointed because you haven't seen any results. I can inform you that with fatburner pills it will take a little longer to see bigger results. Therefore we would advise to keep taking them for at least 2-3 monts. I would also like to explain to you how our meal replacement works. Our SLIM mealreplacement consists of apprx. 135 calories with water and 240 calories with milk. The idea here is that by replacing 1-2 meals it will help you stay on a caloriedeficit without lacking any important vitamins. But, if you don't eat on a low calorie diet for the rest of the meals maybe you wouldn't see any effects because you're still consuming more energy than you are loosing. I understand that you don't feel full with a mealreplacement, that usually depends on that you're used to high volume meals and therefore you won't feel full by only drinking a shake.

If you really want to give it another chance we're happy to give you more advise to make it work🙏❤

No message from Bring about package ready to be picked up. Customer service is not anywhere to find, replaced by the bot, which is perhaps even better because when last time Bring lost my package, their customer service done nothing to find it.

Terrible service, customer is treated poorly

Products are good quality but the service is below low.
I had 2 packages delivered and the third got lost on the terminal. Not only HALARA did NOTHING to find out about the lost package, I had to do all the calling and investigating, but also HALARA refuses to refund, and also keeps sending the dumb default responses which don’t answer customer’s questions. It’s such a pity, I was hoping to buy so many garments from HALARA, but how can I do it if the service is so ignorant.

Sloppy negligence

I have not had bad experiences with DAO before, but this one is too much. They have my package in their terminal 15 km away from delivery point for a week. The courier had it on Thursday and Friday (11-12 May) last week and has not left it in the DAOshop. What is more funny the courier has delivered the second package from the same shipper in DAOshop on Thursday 11 May, but not the twin package. The courier took the package back to Rødovre Terminal on Friday evening, and someone scanned it, but decided to lose it again, so it is not delivered to the recipient. This is an absurd, the sloppy negligence that I wouldn't expect from respectful company.
Moreover I have contacted the customer service 3 times since (Friday, Tuesday and today, Wednesday 17 May), and they claim their doing investigation, but there are no result of the investigation, which makes me believe, they do not do a thing, ignoring the customer.

I’d really like to give better review

I’d really like to give better review, but I can’t. I ordered ear buds as a supplement to my AirPods, when they run out of battery, because I listen to the music, audiobooks and watch tv from the iPad/iPhone a lot. Soundliving earbuds are tiny bigger than my old AirPods but lightweight and sit well in the ear. Haven’t discovered particularly better sound quality than AirPods. I loved the touch functionalities that are more developed than in AirPods.
Unfortunately there are too many faults for me to keep Soundliving earbuds. Firstly the on/off touch on right earbud wasn’t turning the player on/off, instead it was activating voice control, even after I manually deactivated it on IPhone. Secondly the sound was jumping from ear to ear from time to time. Thirdly, earbuds had to be manually disconnected on one device before connecting it to another, while AirPods are switching automatically. But the worst fault was that when cycling the earbuds would constantly break the sound, even though my phone was just next to them. I thought Soundliving earbuds were recommended for sports, perhaps they’d work in fitness club but not on the bike.

I have waited for 8 days to have the…

I have waited for 8 days to have the information that the shipping letter is registered with PostNord, which does not even mean the package was sent yet. I actually have cancelled the order 2 days ago, and that was not respected. This is really bad service, and the excuse that there are too many orders is a terrible excuse.
Moreover just got the message that the package will be delivered to a pick-up point very far away from my address in some weird kiosk.
Terrible service, will never use this shop ever again.

The sas.dk website is a scam

The sas.dk website is the most frustrating, unfriendly piece of crap ever invented. I have been trying to update my profile in order to set up the eurobonus for 3 weeks now, and the page keeps telling me that there is an error. There is no email available to contact any service and when you want to talk to customer service you get to chat with bot, that will never be able to answer any questions. There is no option to cancel the profile in order to start all over again, however the updating function doesn't work either. Customer service (after you get there past the million choosing options) is asking to try again later, because of the system upgrade/update, but traying again 24 hours later gets you to the same place as the first time - nowhere. This company mainly lives from the Danish taxes which I am subject to, but they can't resolve such a basic matter as updating my profile for 3 weeks! SAS does not deserve to be supported and kept alive from any people's taxes.

Delivery was on time and all items were delivered (that’s why 2 stars), however 3 products were rotten: oranges, donut freskner and limes.
Keep your delivery staff, change or train your packing staff.

Either Neye sends wrong items or publishes fraudulent information on their web shop. Anyway, bad first impression, because the amount for shipment is the money I will never get returned.
