It says 3-6 days, but with weekends I realized it could take up to 10 days and this is unacceptable!

Disgusting customer service
I bought for 800 kr. worth of nuts (1 kg. macadamia and 5 kg. cashews). The 5 kg. of cashews were all somehow contaminated (brown colored and a metallic taste).
In order to complain I first used the online form on their website. After nearly two weeks with no response at all, I tried to send an email.
I have sent 3 emails and still no reply, other that a note of receipt (5 days ago) from Rawfoodshops side.
Disgusting service.

3-6 days to delivery the truth: 6 days to delivery!!
3-6 days to delivery? 6 days for Stockholm is more accurate. They don't even take your order in and send us an e-mail the first 3 days! and then on the 6th day you will have it. Products are overrated and my 2nd order (2nd day didn't receive the e-mail saying they have sent it to be delivered) it's because the have a kind of honey that is difficult to find in Sweden, and now at 50% off is the right price to be. Before the discount is a ripoff!!!

I bought Assel date rubbish insect leftover moulded and smashed with dust
instead of to waste it pack & selling it online disappointed customers
by wasting time & money this is a scam
I advise to anyone not to buy this wast product l haven't seen like this product in any supermarket in Denmark weither organic or not
I send them an email & picture it's a wast & insects leftover their answer was we couldn't see the insects

I got this oko pumpkin seed oil
I got this oko pumpkin seed oil. I tried it. It is very unfortunatelly rancid. For me it is uneatable because of the rancid taste. Also rancid things are unhealthy. So I will put in the garbage. It is very probable that this was a problem in manufactoring (or storing). I have eaten a lot of pumpkin seed oil in my life, so I have comparison and good reality on this.
When I complained, they gave me the option to get my money back and I choose that. So it ended without financial loss for me. I thank them for that. ☺️
