I didn’t receive a simular car like an Opel grandland X, it was a KIA Niro instead of for example a Nissan Qasqhai.
And the Office was difficult to contact to get it right.

Car was perfectly prepared, all service is really good!

The car was good, drop off smooth, maybe because we had full insurance. The pick up however was not good. It was chaotic as there was no organisation. After the first 4 vans left a staff member took over and asked people for there booking reference then you were in a queue. 1hr waiting isn't great at 9.30pm. There were people waiting after we left and they'd been there 1hr also. Whe you arrive there should be someone there who organises things otherwise you could be waiting 1-2hrs whilst others wait 5mins

Fast, uncomplicated and very customer friendly. We were picked up at the airport, because the little bus was full the driver had given our name to the next driver so would be the first in line. We got a good as new great car, which drove really good. Giving back the car was also uncomplicated and fast and transport to the airport was standing by. Complete insurance package topped it off. I would recommend Wiber Rent a Car and would use it again next time.

We know nothing to wish for. Perhaps the location is a little hidden. But when the perfect service will be continued in future, another/bigger location will follow soon.

I found Wiber through Sunnycars. They were very friendly, professional, and...helpful. I reserved a car with Fastlane (priority) and checked in online. They helped me pick up and return the car immediately. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!

We arrived at the airport, there was a little wait for transport to take us to the office but once there it was quite quick. Drop off was lovely and easy.

Okay for rental company but could be better.
The pick up at airport was poorly organized. Many people weren't allowed to jumped in the pick up bus because of some weird order so you stuck at scorching sun with a small hope.
Car key pick up has surprises as well. My key was in a smart box that was endlessly loading. There was abother box but all key went to defective one.
Drive little bit and noticed that gas tank missed one strip so car tank wasn't full.
The car Audi A1 drives Okay but there's a weird sound coming from gearbox.
I had the most fun when I reached Sa Calobra and car didn't start because of yellow engine warning. Took around 10 minutes to start.
The drop off was smooth and puck up bus moved to airport in 10 minutes.

The pick up took rather long, it was very busy.

We were on a delayed flight into Malaga and the Wiber office was due to close at 11pm. The pickup bus was waiting and ready to go; they kept the office open and extra 15 minutes to process the rentals and were very pleasant and engaging, as though it was the middle of the afternoon. This put us immediately at ease. The same operative greeted us on return 11 days later and everything was so straightforward- we took the unlimited mileage and full cdw insurance, which I would recommend to everyone. No hassles or worries whatsoever. The car was a Hyundai Bayon - not the world's most exciting car to drive, but it did the job admirably, including all of the warnings of the thousands of changes in Spanish speed limits! A must have, unless you intend driving like the locals.

Wiber picked us up at the airport, even when our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours and wiber was almost closing. Getting the car was fast, extremely easy and transparent. Drop off and getting back to the airport with their shuttle service was also very easy. Would recommend. If im getting back, will definitely rent again.

Great experience overall, good car (Audi A3) easy to get keys from the Wibey SmartBox and find car after the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus was pretty quick. My only slight complaint is that after a super long day of traveling, the directions to the shuttle pickup area were a bit verbose. Still, we found the area pretty quickly.
