Staff were lovely and whole process from airport to rental was lovely and visa versa. The car was in good condition and very safe, felt comfortable and confident on the roads with the safety features etc. I had the Mazda CX30 for reference 2023 plate.
There was no deposit as I used the “All Inclusive” package! That’s the one thing I’ve we concerned about but it’s true that there is no euro deposit on that package!
Definitely recommend this company if you are able to use them. I will 100% be using them now for my trips to Spain :)

Very easy to book with no cc deposit required. We paid 585€ for 10 days, full insurance, child seat and extra driver added. Shuttle transportation is organized from and to the airport.

Long queue at airport for pick up!!
The car was good, drop off smooth, maybe because we had full insurance. The pick up however was not good. It was chaotic as there was no organisation. After the first 4 vans left a staff member took over and asked people for there booking reference then you were in a queue. 1hr waiting isn't great at 9.30pm. There were people waiting after we left and they'd been there 1hr also. Whe you arrive there should be someone there who organises things otherwise you could be waiting 1-2hrs whilst others wait 5mins

Fast, uncomplicated and very customer friendly. We were picked up at the airport, because the little bus was full the driver had given our name to the next driver so would be the first in line. We got a good as new great car, which drove really good. Giving back the car was also uncomplicated and fast and transport to the airport was standing by. Complete insurance package topped it off. I would recommend Wiber Rent a Car and would use it again next time.
