Using the exercise files

- This course has helped many learners permanently improve their time management skills. Because they acted and did something with the principles I share, they found it easier to develop lasting habits. The exercise files that accompany this course are important parts of that habit development. Occasionally, I'll ask you to pause and fill them out. Don't rush past those moments. Please download the exercise files now, so you have them on hand. It helps to print them out because they're a bit easier to follow along as you handwrite your responses but they're also form fillable as well if you want to use them on your computer.
