- [Instructor] And welcome back to our final practice activity on color. For this activity, if you'd like to follow along, please open up 05_06 your-turn-color-before in your exercise files folder. Inside this presentation, I actually have a couple of example slides of some unit charts. And if you are unfamiliar with what a unit chart is, it's a type of chart or graphic visualization where quantities of things are replaced by shapes or symbols that are proportional to the quantity that they represent. So here on slide number one, we have this statistic off to the right that states 40% of women leaders say their diversity, equity, and inclusion work isn't acknowledged at all in performance reviews even though this work dramatically improves retention and employee satisfaction.
