In this article, there's a number of different questions that you can ask your employee to gauge their satisfaction. And this article has quite a bit of information about ways to prevent an insider threat. So for the questions, here are five questions you can ask your employees to assess their satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your work-life balance? Do you like our company culture? If you were to quit tomorrow, what would be the reason? Do you feel valued at work? And does your team inspire you to do your best work? So those are really good questions. You may only have to ask a couple to get a feel for the employee satisfaction.
