Resolving and reducing clashes
- [Instructor] At some point, somebody's going to actually react to these clashes and do something about 'em. What happens then? Well, that's the idea, right? Once clashes become resolved, we can remove them from the list. I call this the countdown to construction. By removing the clearance we are using, we will significantly reduce the clashes. We'll then rerun and compact the test, clearing many of the issues. The intention of this video is to simulate the results of a tradesperson reloading their model. In Navisworks, make sure we have a mechanical to sprinkler test defined. Make sure that we have selected mechanical and sprinkler. Make sure that you've run the test, giving us these results. Again, remember the display settings. If I scroll up here, item one, item two. We'll keep these all the same, but I'm looking at clash 127, and to me that looks pretty safe.
