- [Instructor] Yes, of course we can export this takeoff. I'll be honest, I've always hated exporting anything to Excel or any other program. I've always felt that a database is supposed to be well, staying intact, but this is different. We need to get this information out to other programs that can pick up the takeoff and do an actual estimate. This video will focus on exporting our takeoff to Microsoft Excel. Then, we'll examine the actual formatting that Excel applies to the items within the takeoff. Now that we have a takeoff bundled into one big unit, let's make sure our quantification workbook is turned on. And let's scroll all the way down to the end here until we see this little button here.
