Release emotions: anger (do a 2 year old tantrum on your bed, scream into a pillow, or in your car alone); fear, (shake your body all over); grief (cry) without story; story puts it on repeat. Write an uncensored, not to be sent, stream of consciousness letter(s) expressing your emotions to those you can’t in reality. Read aloud privately & burn safely outside to release it.
