Can you imagine not using your phone at all when you’re in school? No selfies during breaks, no messaging or chatting. Some people think this would be good, as you could concentrate on your work, talk to people and make real-life connections. Most importantly banning phones at school could prevent, or at least discourage, cyberbullying.

Not everyone agrees though – I mean, you could still have people being nasty online from their homes and why ban phones altogether in schools? Isn’t it fun to take a selfie here and there during breaks?

Whatever your school’s policy is, remember that your devices are a great way to stay connected and learn new things, but you should always be careful. Don’t waste too much time on social media and if you’re feeling like you’ve been scrolling online for ages, try this digital detox!
