Credit Card or Debit Card

EMI and No Cost EMI

EMI and No Cost EMI options will automatically appear at checkout if the items in your bag qualify and your card is from an eligible bank. Learn more about paying with EMI.

Net Banking

We accept Net Banking payments from most banks throughout India.

UPI

When selected at checkout, you can either enter your UPI ID or scan a QR code to authorise the payment on your UPI mobile app. Maximum payment limits may apply based on your bank.

When will my card be charged?

At the time you place your order, pending any processing time.

Payment on Delivery

Payment on Delivery is not yet available for all PIN Codes, or if your order value exceeds ₹50000.

When the courier arrives with your delivery, they will send you a link via SMS that enables you to complete payment using your preferred digital method. You can use any of the following methods to pay for your order when the courier arrives: Cash, e-wallet, UPI, Net Banking and debit or credit card (Visa, Rupay, MasterCard or American Express). Please note that you may open the packaging only after payment has been received.

What taxes will I be charged?

All prices on apple.com are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax), which will be detailed on your invoice.

Can I place a business order and add a GSTIN to my invoice?

Yes, at the Payments step in the checkout process, you can opt to receive a business invoice. You will be asked to enter your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and will receive a business e-invoice via email, after your order is delivered. Please note: it is not possible to add or amend a GSTIN on your invoice after your order has processed, and Customer Service cannot edit invoices to include it.

Can I place a business order including a trade-in?

If your order includes a trade-in, we cannot issue a business invoice. In that case, you will receive a consumer invoice. Please note: it is not possible to add or amend a GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) on your invoice after your order has processed and Customer Service cannot edit invoices to include it

Who is eligible for a business e-invoice?

Eligible business entities including sole proprietors with a valid and active GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) can opt for a business e-invoice during checkout, when purchasing goods and services for business purposes. Please note that the state in which your GSTIN is registered must match your billing address as well as the delivery address. If you added a trade-in to your order, we cannot issue a business invoice.

What information do I need to provide to receive a business e-invoice?

You will need to provide a GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) that is valid and active. Please note that the state in which your GSTIN is registered must match your billing address and delivery address.

Can I provide a friends or family members GSTIN for a business order?

The GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) must belong to the individual or business placing the order.

I didn’t opt to receive a business e-invoice during checkout. Can I add my GSTIN to my consumer invoice?

It is not possible to add a GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) on your consumer invoice after your order has processed and Customer Service cannot edit invoices to include it.

My business order has already processed. Can I update the shipping address?

Once your order has processed it is no longer possible to update the shipping address. Apple Store Customer Service cannot amend an order that is already processed or shipped.

My invoice has not been shipped with my order. When can I expect to receive it?

Within 2-3 working days of your order being shipped, you should receive an official Apple invoice by email. If you do not receive this invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, please contact Customer Service at 000800 040 1966.

Is my personal information safe?

The security of apple.com servers is closely monitored to prevent any unauthorised disclosure or use of credit card numbers and to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.

How do I log out?

There is no need to log out of your account when shopping on apple.com. As a security measure, you are required to log in for every purchase or change to your account and you will be automatically logged out after inactivity for 30 minutes.
