'The Masked Singer' Reveals Its Alien Celebrity Contestant

Masked Singer audiences finally learned who the alien was

It’s now down to the final five on The Masked Singer.

During Wednesday’s episode of the Fox reality competition series, the remaining six masked celebrities performed as a unit for celebrity panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Ken Jeong, who were joined by Curb Your Enthusiasm‘s J.B. Smoove.

The monster sang “I Love Rock N’ Roll” by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts while the bee also performed a classic choosing “What’s Love Got to Do with It” by Tina Turner and the rabbit followed suit with “Isn’t She Lovely” by Stevie Wonder.

Meanwhile, the lion belted out “Diamond Heart” by Lady Gaga, the alien sang Ellie King’s “Ex’s & Oh’s” and the peacock tested themselves with “I Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weeknd.

While each sang their hearts out, the alien received the eliminating vote.

While watching the alien’s performance, the celebrity panelists wondered if the woman behind the mask could be either Nicole Richie or Sofia Richie.

Although the celebrity wasn’t a Richie sister, the alien contestant was a member of another famous family!

The panelists were left standing shocked — aside from Scherzinger, who correctly guessed — when singer, songwriter and best-selling author La Toya Jackson took off the mask.

“It feels absolutely wonderful,” Jackson, 62, said of the experience.

“The reason I did this is actually because people have a tendency to pre-judge you … and I just wanted to do it to see how far I could go,” she said.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Fox.
