I’ve made an order
I’ve made an order, payed 4 euro shipping so that delivery will be done in 2 days. 4 days later they said they’ve just shipped the order! No chat is working so that I had to call them. And at the end - tracking that they provided is not existing. I’m not sure if I’ll get the order even. Maybe it’s a scam.
I was supposed to make orders continuously, but I better go to another shop. Never again!

Worst Online Pharmacy Experience Ever – SCAM ALERT!
I placed an order with Farmaciasdirect.com order EU#17580 SO8462 at the beginning of August, and here we are weeks later — STILL NOTHING! No products, no refund, no proper communication. This company is a complete joke.
The only reason I even found out there was a problem is because I had to chase them down. That’s when they suddenly admit that some items were out of stock. Did they bother to tell me? No. I immediately requested a full refund — and they have completely ignored me.
Instead, they sent an email saying they would ship what they do have “within 24 hours.” Guess what? That was a lie. NOTHING was shipped. Then they email me AGAIN asking what replacement product I want. I clearly replied: FULL REFUND. Still ignored.
This is beyond unprofessional. It feels like a scam at this point. They have taken my money and delivered NOTHING. If you value your money and your patience, DO NOT EVER order from Farmaciasdirect.com They will waste your time, your money, and your energy.

I ordered 3 products, and only 1 of them was correct. The other 2 were completely wrong, and they were delivered without any prior notice or explanation. This shows a serious poor order management.
Try to avoid this site for online shopping. The service is unreliable, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Placed my order ES#612742 on 8th July alleged delivered by Amazon 14th July. Confirmed by email never received. Numerous emails and calls but no response. Contacted their payment agent Monei who informed me, refer to the company they can't help. Where do I go? It is now 11 August and still no goods no refund and nothing in reply to emails.

This is my second review — the first was posted on June 20. The company finally replied here on June 25, promising to contact me via email and resolve the issue.
Yes, they did send an email stating that my order EU#11443 had supposedly been delivered. However, I never received the package, and I replied, clearly asking for a refund.
Since then — nothing. No reply. No refund. The only message I received was an automatic request to rate their customer service.
This is extremely unprofessional. The company continues to ignore its customers and doesn’t follow through on its promises. I cannot recommend them.
Failed communication and partial refund
I placed an order worth around €60 and received a notification that it had been shipped — but after that, I heard nothing for nearly a month. Then, out of the blue, I was told the order would be cancelled due to a failed delivery, and I’d receive only a partial refund, with the delivery fee deducted. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I placed my order on June 18th, and the package didn’t arrive until July 15th. Honestly, I thought it was a joke. I’m originally from Poland, where deliveries usually take no more than 48 hours. If this is the standard for service in Spain, then I genuinely feel sorry for you.
In the meantime, I even had to move to a different city — that’s how long it took. It’s especially disappointing because this was an order from a pharmacy, and those are essential items. I couldn’t afford to wait an entire month for it.
The company included some free samples, but to be honest, I would have much preferred to receive my actual order on time. This was a very poor experience.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - no response to emails to customer service in three weeks timeframe. The company has requested the return of my order, but it is unclear why it should be returned right before being delivered. No communication on refunding or the reason for delayed and (as it turns out) cancelled order. Therefore, it appears that the only way to deal with this company is to sue them.
Waiting for my contact lens order
Waiting for my contact lens order. Received an email over a week ago citing a problem with the delivery. Nothing since. No response from the “contact us” portal. Will try again and if no response I will seek to get a refund from my credit card company. Very disappointing, my first order (of potentially many) and this happens. Would appreciate contact from the company.
