False information provided by TNT the delivery company that you use.
Please send proof of delivery.

The TNT information is incorrect.
We paid £17 delivery charges while purchasing via Amazonbut we did not receive the package. Please refund. This has never happened before.

I did not receive my order yet. It was made on 25 December. Today is the 3rd of January.
Your website says that an order will be delivered in 2-3 days. But unfortunately, I have not received anything besides many problems with delivery and courier.

It turns out that, as you can see from the tracking, CTT is having trouble delivering your order, because the address is not correct.
