As a frequent buyer of car parts online, there are three essential criteria for me. 1. Product selection 2.Shipping time, 3 shipping fees.
Trodo has Great selection of products, prompt shipping time is excellent, however no shipping option of prepaid duties & brokerage was a dissapointment, i purchased a $20 part, was charged over $30 shipping, and on top of that i had to pay $20 in brokerage fees, that just doesnt make any sense, and prevents future orders. I purchase frequently from rockauto and their fedex and ups shipping is inclusive of brokerage and duty fees
