Great service, efficient and polite with great system and product more effective panels than many of their competitors very neat workmanship and good pre sales and after sales service would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Prosolar as they were extremely easy to deal with. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitters and electricians were very professional. They did a fantastic job installing our solar panels, and were very clean and tidy. The office support staff were brilliant, they took care of everything and made the whole process uncomplicated.

We had a very positive experience with the ProSolar team. They were very efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process.
There was excellent communication with the admin. staff and the team who installed the solar panels.

We recently had solar panels installed and the whole process was extremely quick, efficient and easy to follow. From start to finish it only took a couple of weeks and the team were great to deal with and very responsive. They also take care of all the grant paperwork which is so helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The whole process was so efficient from start to finish. Kieran in sales provided excellent information and was able to turn around quotes and address all questions we had very promptly. Once we confirmed our order installation happened quickly and Panel installation and electrics was done really to a very high standard.

From the very first contact with Prosolar they were clear,quick and highly professional. Firstly I had Keiran come and explained my options to me which was great as I had very little knowledge of the system. He sent 3 different quotes for my options and finally I decided on one .From that point on I dealt with Susan and Paige in the office and my experience was excellent.
The job was completed exactly as it was arranged by lovely roofer lads and electricians.
It's early days yet but I know iv made the right decision to fit solar panels but I already know for sure that I got the correct firm to fit them .

Tadgh Hayes, from the outset was practical, diligent and knowledgeable, giving us a range of practical options,and prices, specific to our building, and our needs.
Tadgh was very straight forward about costs, efficiency, grants and return on investment.
When we agreed upon an option the task was pain free, aided by the efficiency of Paige and Susan back at base. Following installation, Darragh took care of all of the electrical work, and most helpfully called following installation to walk us through the system, and facilitate our understanding of what was provided, and recommended helpful apps to assist us further.
The assistance with SEAI regarding the grant made the process very straight forward, and funds arrived promptly, following the BER inspection.
Having received a variety of quotes, we felt confident that Prosolar would treat us with professionalism and clarity, and this proved to be the case.

Having got quotes and input from other installers we were very happy to decide on Prosolar to fit our solar panels. From the initial visit by Tagdh to the roof work and the electrical work we were very impressed. Every one on the team was genuinely interested in our home and what was best for us. The work was done efficiently and with no clean up afterwards. Staff on the admin side were always prompt with information and answers to queries. They did the paper work side and helped with grant application too. Its lovely to see that we are already sending electricity back to the grid even in november. We would recommend Prosolar without hesitation.

Purchased a 12 panel garden mounted solar panel set from ProSolar. Excellent customer experience from start to finish. Always quick to reply to emails or phone calls, the survey to decide on installation plan, the installation team and the support from the office for payment and grant application. You are guided through every step very transparently. The panel is up and running and pushing excess electricity to the grid. Darragh and his team of installers were extremely professional and thorough, taking care about where to route cables and place equipment. The result is a very neat and professional install with very little visual impact. My install was to a holiday home so I was only there for the first install day. Darragh kept me updated with photos of the final install and details to remotely access the equipment.

I am very happy with the quality of service and value for money provided by Prosolar. Will recommend to friends and family.

Delighted with our installation from ProSolar! From the initial consultation by the team right through to the post install care and grant assistance, the service provided has been exceptional. They gave us great time and presented us with 2 suitable options for our property, explaining each system in great detail. We went with an installation in our garage as we had a lot of free space there and it is a fantastic solution that works well for us. All equipment is neatly out of the way and it is working really well. Looking forward to seeing the smaller utility bills arrive. The information and support provided by the team afterwards has been great. From start to finish the service from ProSolar has been just excellent!

We are delighted with our solar system, the Prosolar team are efficient and reliable. Extremely happy with our experience with Prosolar. From first contact to their sales rep calling to our home and advising us what was required in very simple language. Paige in the office was very nice, very helpful and efficient, with instant replies to emails. The installation went very smoothly and efficiently. The two lads that installed the panels were very friendly and wow did they sweat on the roof that day!! The electrician was also excellent and even updated the app to my phone for me and explaned the Eddie to me also. The price was also very competitive. Prosolar handled and submitted our paperwork in a timely manner to SEAI. I would highly recommend Prosolar to anyone.

I'm really pleased with Prosolar's service, all the ways through from presenting 3d models to final completion that delivers on yields that were forecast. My roof has an unconventional design and Prosolar adapted and worked closely with me to overcome the technical issues. They delivered on their promises. Thanks
