Excellent ordering and delivery experience. There's a product I can only get in Spain that I've run out of. This was my first experience getting it shipped to Ireland, it was fast, and cheaper than purchasing it in store when I am in Spain. Will definitely order from there again.

Will not accept returns, or refund you
I ordered a food supplements (boxed capsules in strips of 15) the name of the product and picture on the website lead me to believe I was ordering a particular product with specific ingredients but when I received the product it was a different box with a different name and the ingredients I needed were not present in the product. I got in touch with customer service who told me that the photos are "only indicative" and that I had to read the product specifications. When I asked to return the 4 boxes and to be reimbursed I was told I could not return the product as it was food supplements! I shall never use this company again, and I really should have looked them up on Trustpilot before ordering anything from them! Shocking!

Forced refund despite product being in stock — poor customer service
I ordered the NORSAN Omega-3 TOTAL Natural 200 ml from Mifarma. Unfortunately, the courier damaged the parcel, which can happen. However, instead of offering me a choice, Mifarma immediately triggered a refund — even though I clearly requested a replacement.
I checked their website and the product was (and still is) in stock. I contacted their customer service with a polite and clear explanation, including screenshots showing availability, and reiterated that I did not want a refund but a reshipment of the same product. Despite this, they ignored my request and proceeded with the refund without my consent.
This kind of decision should not be made unilaterally, especially when the customer explicitly asks for a replacement and the product is available. I trusted Mifarma and expected better treatment.
Very disappointed. I will think twice before ordering again.

Update:
I was told the product was out of stock in their warehouse, which supposedly justified an automatic refund instead of the replacement I specifically requested. Yet the product is still available for purchase on both their EU and Spanish websites — I can add it to my cart right now. This is not just poor service, it’s misleading. I expected honesty and a real solution, not an excuse.

I placed an order on February 14th, and it is still in transit. According to the tracking information, my order has not moved from Germany since February 19th. I only received an email stating that my order is delayed. Really? Didn't notice!

Absolutely shocking , I truly believe they don’t have half the items they claim to have but that’s only visible when you check your order status you then see NO REFUNDS JUST CREDIT AFTER RECIEVING NOTHING 11 WORKING DAYS AFTER ORDERING what’s only visible is what a scam to keep your money.

I ordered some supliments for pregnancy…
I ordered some supliments for pregnancy and when the order arrived I was not satisfied that the product contains a lot of Es and wanted to return it back but they said I cannot return the medicaments. I have not use them at all, why cannot be returned? So so dissapointing, I don't recommend this online shop, I will never buy again anything from them. Very bad conditions!

They sold me 12 packs of baby syrup, which will soon expire. When I asked about replacing the product or returning it, I was told that they would not return or exchange the product and that they could sell me a product with an expiration date of 1 day. It’s simply outrageous, these are scammers solving their financial problems at the expense of buyers. I do not recommend these crooks to anyone!

Have used many times
I used this company a few times during the pandemic to purchase pharmaceutical products. Often, a discount code is available online, which makes a considerable difference in cost. The delivery was always fast and accurate. However, my only complaint is that the cardboard packaging is huge compared to the product, which is wasteful by today's standards!

Ordered 7.06, £70, haven't received it:
no communication about order status;
Poor support;
Delivery status only when you reach out support (takes a day);
No refund;
"We tried to deliver" but no, I'm working from home, and there wasn't any attempts (I receive different parcels almost every day with no issues)
01.08 started refund process, after many many emails from me, now it's 26.09 still no refund, very poor response (days between messages)
Looks like a scammer to me

Mifarma tries to trick you with low prices and promotions.
On the same day I ordered in total eighteen products and getting confirmation of the order and also payment was succesfull they just cancelled the order in the afternoon.
Pretending something went wrong with the order. They keep pretending the day after still that there was a mistake in the process and should order again.
Today I saw they adjusted the price and it will cost me € 150,- more on the eighteen products. Were are your promotional offers Mifarma! 😡
As you see they keep saying there was an error. Yes in their pricing and will not sell at the price on the website. Ofcourse they refunded the money otherwise I would claim the products.
Do you run your business like that?
Will never try to buy again with them.
