Mein Konto ist seit 2 Monate gesperrt, keine Ahnung warum. Ich habe viel mal angerufen und Nachrichten geschickt und es wurde mir “es wurde weitergeleitet” bis jetzt die Sperrung ist noch da. Ich habe auch Geld auf meinem Konto, die ich nicht benutzen kann oder überweisen.

Bought a product from the German website and it smells and tastes very bad I made a complain on their website and they keep of asking me to send them videos of the product it took too long now and I still can’t return the product or receive a refund

I bought 4 from the same item, at least one of the drinks smells and tastes very bad I think it’s wasted. I had bought the same medicine before from a different place and it wasn’t like this. . Edit: I ordered from the German website.

Was booking a ticket online through their website and after I pressed confirm it said timed out and the ticket wasn’t booked but the money was taken from the bank account. I contacted them through feedback and they said I will get a reply within 5-7 days, now 2 weeks passed and I still didn’t get my money back.
Update: I made the contract 2 weeks ago and the phone isn't sent yet. . I did a contract with them more than 10 days ago and it said process time is 2-3 working days and until now I didn’t get a reply. Every time I call them they say wait 3 more days. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them. . Edit: I sent all the documents you asked for on 22.12 and it said I should get a reply within 2-3 days, I got it today so after 8 working days. Anyway I’m waiting for the phone to be delivered hopefully that doesn’t take a lot of time.
