I canceled my Apple Tv Order before it for shipped and haven't received a refund.
I placed an order for the Apple TV 4k and cancelled it shortly after(before it shipped). Apple successfully cancelled my order without billing for it. The problem is, I see that they had already debited my bank account even though they claim to have not. They won't issue a refund as they say they had not billed. The bank tells me to talk to the merchant(Apple) but I cannot reach them as I am not currently in the US. How do I fix this?
