Can't watch Apple TV plus on my laptop

Hi everyone. For a few days whenever I try to watch Apple TV on my laptop it stops after a few second and I get a message that an error has occurred. Any ideas? Thanks!

using the windows app store app or viewing it in the web browser?

In the browser, but it worked perfectly fine until now.
