Customer service hung up on me and would not let me speak. We were on the phone about 40 seconds. When I called back, the same woman answered and when I asked why she hung up, she said "Ma am I have 40 calls." ????? So you are rude and short and hang up on peole? As a result I am canceling my Order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Fire your obnoxious, UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ANSWERING SERVICE.

I JUST TRIED TO BOOK A ROOM IN THAILAND FOR ONE NIGHT (OCT 2, 2013) -WHEN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL CAME, ANOTHER DATE WAS ON IT (TOMORROW!!) I checked and re-checked before I gave credit card information. When I tried to cancel (Immediately) as in --within one minute of receiving confirmatiuon- which was two minutes after booking (LITERALLY), the website said I would be charged the entire amount since I had a non-refundable ticket. WHAT A SCAM!! Im furious and im taking this up with my credit card company!!!!!!!!!!
