Great products from QuadLock well built and designed wih excellent protetion . The customer service was exceptional. I had ordered the wrong case the team sent me out the right case at no extra cost and first class recorded. What a service. Love how easy it is to lock in on my motorcycle.

iPhone 16 pro back screen smashed while being in the quad lock case from new didn’t even know it broke until I took out of case to clean customer service didn’t want ti know as saying there cases don’t guarantee it breaking if dropped but advertising suggests they are strong and protect your phone which they don’t and there not cheap either next time I’ll do my research

Overall the Quadlock system is amazing for both quality and stability however I made the mistake of ordering the vent mount setup in my show car which only drives on weekends. My daily car uses the Windscreen mount setup which is great, but on the weekend I discovered the hard way that the weight of the vent mount and phone combine is too much even for the most well designed vent as in my HSV. I hit a few bumps and the vent actually snapped. Not happy.

I have had the QuadLock system on 1 motorcycle and 3 bikes. Last week on a mountain bike ride I had a very minor fall when a pedal clipped a stump at very low speed. No damage to anything on the bike (incl me) but my phone with the QuadLock case ejected from the QuadLock mount and damaged the wide angle lens. Cost to repair is $170. QuadLock is of absolutely no help and just ghosted me.
QuadLock should never be used for MTB because the system is not adequate for a more rugged sport. I blame Quadlock for maketing this product for a rugged sport without proper evaluation.
QuadLock should never be used for Mountain Biking.

Customer service is out of this world. I love the products but had some small issues with extreme use (mag ring). Customer service had me a replacement in the mail before I could say Boo. amazing company! would have rated 4.9 if possible.

Been a customer of Quad lock for a long time upgrading my case every year with my new phone, using the mounts for my bicycle, kayak, car and motorcycle.
Sadly I think this S25 ultra case will be my last one.
I'll be honest, I've never had any issues with the standard mounting on the bicycle or the motorbike, but using the Mag ring in the car it came loose after maybe a month of very light use, and to be fair customer service were quick to send me a replacement ring once I got a response on the social media channel
This also came loose after a week or so, so I contacted the customer service again, and again to be fair they sent me a completely new case stating the old one must have been faulty. (no argument here as it clearly was)

After 2 weeks of use my brand new case has developed the exact same problem.

I'm guessing there's a design/manufacturing flaw somewhere as there's a clear pattern emerging for me.

I'm really dissaponted as I've loved the products up until now, but with the amount of faults in such a short time I'm quickly losing faith in the build quality.

Quad Lock kit is the most universal, reliable and adaptable tech mount available.
I have fitted one in both my vans, both my motorcycles and my mountain bike!
Solid reliable and strong, they will secure your device to you vehicle of choice quickly and easily.

This was my second purchase of the quad lock series and as for my first order I was not let down quality reliability and functionality. If you want the best you have to be a little bit more for it but I would say it’s truly worth every penny.

Ordered the S24 Ultra case and the out front mount. No issues with the mount. Looks very sturdy and works well to attach to the back of the case. The case, however is too sturdy and the phone does not fit in the case. I understand that the case should be a very tight fit, but I struggled a lot to get the phone in with no success. I am hoping that the case will loosen up if I use it with the phone positioned as best as I could but still very frustrating.

I ordered a case for my Pixel 7 Pro, sadly my phone broke before the case came. So I reached out to quadlock, where they where very long and fast to respond. They ended up sending me a new case for my new Galaxy S25, and letting me keep the old case. Amazing customer service, and in general an amazing product, with high quality and protection!

MAG charging head is useless. Don't know why they lying about that saying 10-15W but realty is that you going to get around 3W (2.2-2.8W) this is a joke.
Tested that with iPhone 16, Samsung S20FE.
It's a SCAM. Apart from QL cases and holders are k but not wireless charging head for £40 !

Quadlock products are top-notch and have never let me down, and I've always recieved orders quickly when buying direct from them despite being offshore. I've never had a case or mount fail and have them in the car, on the motorbike and also on the pushbike. Looks like I'll be a customer for life now I've been happily using them for years!

great phone case, their motorcycle bundle with vibration dampener works well! and their customer service is top notch, they are very responsive and very helpful.

bought the iphone kit and the vibration dampener that they so recommended. Fork stem mount for panigale v4. It was bought in April 2024. Two weeks ago, my mount became loose. Upon inspecting, I saw the silver rivets had come off. Contacted quadlock support, a few days later they ask to send a video of the broken piece. Explained there is no broken piece but the piece completely fell off and its not there. Sent a picture to them of what I was talking about. Insisted on video. What am I supposed to show you? The invisible piece thats not there any more and probably some where out on the road?

You can't even use this mount without getting the special adapter from ebay as it is nto big enough to properly fit inside the fork stem. Their customer service pretty much is pathetic or at least do not understand what is wrong, even after sending a detailed picture pointing at whats missing. And to top it off, can't even use this product without an adapter.

And their vibration dampening kit, doesn't work at all. The phone is still moving around. And its not just me, but lots of riders that have this mount have said the same thing and share the same sentiment as to never buy from them again. For a part that maybe costs them 50 cents, asking for all these proofs, clearly shows they do not care or want to provide any after sales service.
First and last time ever using them!

Great products and company. Very good customer service. I've been a customer for a while now and will continue buying.
