Overall the Quadlock system is amazing for both quality and stability however I made the mistake of ordering the vent mount setup in my show car which only drives on weekends. My daily car uses the Windscreen mount setup which is great, but on the weekend I discovered the hard way that the weight of the vent mount and phone combine is too much even for the most well designed vent as in my HSV. I hit a few bumps and the vent actually snapped. Not happy.

Purchased a Quadlock case, vent mount, and charging head for my Samsung S24 Ultra 5g phone in March 2025 and only use it in my show car which comes out of the garage occasionally on weekends for shows or cruises. I was surprised when I went to lock the phone onto the mount and it fell straight off. It was then I discovered the magnetic lock ring on the back of the case was missing and had fallen out without me knowing. It was at this point I discovered that Quadlock make every effort to sell their product to you but when it comes to support? There is none. You get lousy Chat Bot service online, no phone number to contact to speak to anyone, and they do not reply to your emails.
