No Gift Message Attached
I've been buying from Fragrance.Net for many years now and have usually been very pleased with the products, the value, and the quality of delivery.
However, this time my order was a gift with a Gift Enclosure clearly written out, yet the recipient eventually had to call me to ask if I'd sent the gift--there was no Enclosure.
I doubt you're so overwhelmed with orders to have overlooked this so am understandably a little ticked off.
