Oftentimes this website makes discounts on fragrances. The fragrances I ordered came as expected. No damages. I like the smell all of them. I will order again and recommend to others.

Very disappointed with customer service today. My husband and I came to IKEA to the Kitchen section and met a representative Coryl. We wanted to ask if they have high cabinets the size we needed. We were wearing masks, but since I have a health condition I can't cover a nose. She looked at me and said "Cover your nose". I told her that due to a health condition, I can't. Then she turned her back and said, "Then find another sales person". I said "OK" and we went to a line to another sales person. Then she came back and said " Since he is busy, you can order items online". I told her that if you have them now, we want to buy since we made a 50min drive to the store. However, she was insisting to look online because, as she said, nobody in the store will serve me without covering nose. We had to drive back home without being helped. This is ridiculous and painful.

George is polite travel consultant. When I found tickets on their website and called, he explained that the price does not include taxes. He gave me the price with taxes and said that prices can go up. Twenty minutes later, after I talked to my husband and called back to George to buy tickets, he gave me already higher price. When I asked why price is already different, he emailed "Look at website, the tickets' price is already doubled, but I give you at discounted rate (price he gave me second time). I did not respond, but later on he emailed me, telling that he talked to his supervisor and he/she approved tickets with initial price. I bought tickets and next day received confirmation. Our flight is in March. I will let everybody know after vacation.
