I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on September 17th with FragranceNet, giving more than enough time for delivery. They shipped it with CDL — a carrier that is completely unreliable. My package last scanned in Kearny, NJ on September 22nd and then vanished. First CDL claimed they never received it, then they said it was lost. Nothing but contradictions and lies.

When I contacted FragranceNet, they admitted the order was lost and said they would reship. Instead of doing the right thing and expediting the replacement with a reliable carrier, they sent it again with CDL and showed no urgency whatsoever. They even told me that “expedited” shipping could take 7 business days — yet nowhere on their site does it say that, and how does expedited take longer than standard shipping? To top it off, I was told if I didn’t like it, I could just cancel.

Every interaction was lackluster, with zero urgency or care for the fact that I needed this package by Monday before international travel. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this I will never order from them again. Their customer service is dismissive, their shipping partners are unreliable, and they take no accountability. Save yourself the frustration — shop elsewhere with a company that actually values its customers.
