They always deliver, they follow the instructions about your name on the door and if you don't answer they call on your phone. Excelent! Other companies say they could find my name neither call me.

Hey, It was stränge that your person delivered the parcel below the entrance and lift with out Seeing me. I was Told it Will be delivered to my home entrance and to my apartment.

They didn't have problem for me to change the delivery place from parcel shop to my home. Came with the tracking and I could see where the driver was before the delivery.

The delivery was very fast and always kept me updated. The delivery person was also nice. One thing I love about Budbee is in the last moment they show where there car is. So it's very easy to track.
